I have been working in the behavioral health field for 20 years. Out of those 20 years I provided direct care to those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and community-based to those diagnosed with Bipolar and Schizophrenia. I earned a BA in Psychology from Saint Louis University and my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Missouri Baptist. Currently, I am a counselor in training and enjoy working with young adults. While working with clients, I rely on techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Using a variety of techniques during the sessions allows to clients navigate their paths to a better quality of life.
