Students must have a referral from Student Health Services, or, in the case of dependents, from the PPCP, in order to schedule an appointment with the allergist.

Students will be sent to a Student Health Services participating specialist. Students will be responsible for a co-payment of $20.00, collected at the time seen, and will be responsible for an immunotherapy start-up fee of $100. An additional fee for re-starting immunotherapy will be charged for non-compliant immunotherapy regime.

Student Health Services offers continuous care for students, spouses and domestic partners receiving allergy injections prescribed by the allergist. Allergy injections are given Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. A 30-minute waiting period is required after the injection is given. There is a $10.00 fee per allergy injection visit. Dependents are not eligible to utilize Student Health Services for allergy injections.
