If a physician outside of Student Health Services orders laboratory testing, for coverage your are required to obtain all blood work at Student Health Service. You should submit the requisition/order to Student Health Service for processing, for only those reasons we are unable to provide the requested test would you be referred out. Except as otherwise approved by Student Health Services all diagnostic testing must be obtained through the Student Health Services for coverage.
Testing performed without approval will not be covered.
